Requirements
Don't have a certification yet? We provide paid training for the right candidates. Specific requirements can vary by position — we'll go over them with you.
Required
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a Wisconsin caregiver background check (required by state law)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Two professional references
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable smartphone access for scheduling and timekeeping
- Ability to assist with mobility, including lifting where the position requires it
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior caregiving, CNA, CBRF, or healthcare experience
- Current CPR / First Aid certification
- Experience with dementia, developmental disabilities, or challenging behaviors
